Terry is a Retired Police Lieutenant and has been practicing Real Estate for over 35 years.  He is also a former Marine and has lived in Oak Lawn most of his life.  He's very active in the community; including enjoying activities at the VFW, Police events, Community Events, Golf and has a wonderful life with his wife of 33 years and their son and grandchildren. 

Kai Grant, Realtor®, e-Pro

Kai also lives in Oak Lawn and enjoys her life with her husband (Terry Grant's son) and two young daughters.  She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a BBA in Marketing and loves working with people.  Kai joined Terry's team in 2006 and we joined Coldwell Banker in 2008.  She is also a certified e-Pro Internet Professional, which helps in the communication and technological aspects of the sale for Buyers and Sellers alike.
